Data Source and Calculation
<p>Contacts and training and mediation participants receive and complete an evaluation questionnaire after a consultation or mediation/training session. The questionnaire rates various factors, using a 5-point scale for each, with 5 being the highest rating. The overall rating (either a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5) for each questionnaire is calculated by averaging the ratings for the various factors and rounding up or down to the nearest whole number. The total number of questionnaires is then divided into the number of questionnaires with an overall rating of either 4 or 5 to derive the percentage.</p>
