Data based on calculation of number of Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services Council  programs presented annually. This measure is calculated by identifying the number of Commonwealth's Attorneys' Services Council training programs offering Virginia State Bar approved mandatory continuing legal education (MCLE) credit during the preceding fiscal year.  The measure includes the three top programs: Spring Institute, Annual Summer Program and the Executive Program. In addition the measure includes multiple one day and week long presentations of programs held at different times and locations.
