Data Source and Calculation
The Division of P&PI will compile and maintain a listing of services/programs available to youth through the Regional Service Coordination Model contracts, Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act plans, Court Service Units, Bon Air, and juvenile detention center contracts. The Division will oversee implementation of continuous quality improvement plans for services/programs through these entities. The evaluations and reassessments will drive the need for a CQI plan. The measure will be calculated by dividing the number of CQI plans with noted improvements by the total number of implemented CQI plans.
