The Division of P&PI will compile and maintain a listing of services/programs available to youth through the Regional Service Coordination Model contracts, Virginia Juvenile Community Crime Control Act plans, Court Service Units, Bon Air, and juvenile detention center contracts. The Division will oversee SPEP™ evaluations and other formal evaluation/assessments of services for youth through these entities. The service type and evaluation type will drive the need for a baseline evaluation. Once evaluated, the service/program will then move to a CQI plan, as needed, and future reassessment. The measure will be calculated by dividing the number of evaluations by the total number of services/programs in need of a baseline evaluation.
