The measure is tracked in the Benefit Programs' Employment Services Dashboard. The percentage is the number of mandatory Virginia Initiative for Education and Work (VIEW) participants engaged in countable work activities (subsidized or non-subsidized employment, job search/job readiness, or vocational education/basic education/GED) divided by the total number of mandatory VIEW participants.
