Source: The DBHDS licensing automated tracking system, OLIS Calculation: The number of cases where the sum of days between the date a complaint is received and the date the investigation is closed with no corrective action plan (CAP) required or the date that a CAP is issued where the above calculation is less than or equal to 90 days. Take the number of cases less than or equal to 90 days divided by the total number of cases.
