Percent of reported disease cases in which control measures were initiated within PHEP-required time frames. The proportion of cases in which public health initiated /recommended the appropriate control measure within the required time frame or in which public health decided not to initiate the control measure within the required time frame. It is calculated as the earliest date of initiating the control measure (or the date that public health decided not to initiate the control measure) minus the earliest report to public health date.
