All Welcome Centers (except for the East Coast Gateway Welcome Center and including the Bell Tower Visitor Center) report the actual number of visitors who enter the Welcome Center on a daily basis. The East Coast Gateway Welcome Center cannot report actual numbers of visitors due to the unique design features of the Welcome Center and therefore reports estimated numbers of visitors based on sampling data.
