Data Source and Calculation
This measure is the percent of accurate proposed decisions, based on reviews performed by the Disability Determination Services' Quality Assurance Team. Typically, the team reviews a minimum of 40 proposed decisions per analyst on an annual basis. Any discovered inaccuracies are corrected prior to the final decision. This measure is calculated on the federal fiscal year (October 1-September 30).
