<p>Virginia Museum of Fine Arts will record the total number of patrons served by Food Services/Special Events enterprise. There are three main components: Amuse restaurant's point of sale system records the number of patrons at each table; Best Cafe's point of sale system records the number of sales receipts which will then be multiplied by the average number of patrons per sale (1.5) to get the number of patrons served; and the number of patrons served by the catering business at events in the museum will be the sum total number of guests each guaranteed by each sponsor.</p>
