Data Source and Calculation
The Department conducts a survey to determine the level of satisfaction of non-law enforcement agencies experience with the support provided by the Virginia Fusion Center. Survey questions are designed to solicit information regarding the Department’s level of competence/expertise, communication, professionalism, timeliness of request and resources provided. Survey respondents are identified as businesses, companies, and both local and state governments who are routinely provided assistance and resources by the Virginia Fusion Center.
