Data Source and Calculation
Trouble calls from STARS users/subscribers are documented by the NOC (ticket issued), to include the time the call was received and the time the problem was resolved. The response time for the call is the time between the initial receipt of the call and the time the problem is corrected. The call is then deemed closed by the NOC. This measure format is the average number of days for resolution.
