The Commission's objectives and measures are based on the outcome of the Commission's grantees in correlation to the amount of funds the Commission distributes. If the Commission's funds are cut, there is a direct correlation in the outcomes. The agency has seperate internal strategies for achieving cost effectiveness. The Commission recieves a large number of its grant applications in March and April for the fiscal year starting July 1. The data will for this measure will be collected at the end of each fiscal year and calculated.
