<p>Agencies and employees respond annually to DHRM surveys, and provide feedback upon completion of training with a DHRM course evaluation. Customer satisfaction surveys use a Likert scale of 1 to 6, with 6 as the highest score. Percentage of favorable ratings represents number of ratings 4, 5 and 6 divided by total number of responses. The State Employee Services rating will be an average of the survey results within this service area.</p>
