The amounts provided support the annualized general fund cost of increasing the Virginia minimum wage from $12.00 per hour to $12.89 per hour or the equivalent annual salary of $26,811.   Authorizes the agency to charge an annual information technology fee to be assessed with each application for licensure to support the cost of replacing obsolete software systems. The $7.25 technology fee will be in effect through June 30, 2029.
