This amendment provides $809,816 from the general fund the first year for the required deposit to the Corrections Special Reserve Fund, pursuant to ยง 30-19.1:4, Code of Virginia, for 25 sentencing bills which have been adopted by the General Assembly, and which increase the number of state-responsible prison beds that will be required over the next six years. |
