Adjusts appropriation to reflect the increases in the Virginia minimum wage effective May 1, 2021 and January 1, 2022, and budgeted in Central Appropriations, Item 477 T. of Chapter 552, 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I. The amounts provided support the annualized general fund cost of increasing the Virginia minimum wage from $7.25 per hour to $11.00 per hour or the equivalent annual salary of $22,880. |
