Exempts the Office of Emergency Medical Services from making a required transfer of $12.5 million to the general fund in 2024 as required in Part 3 of Chapter 1, 2023 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I. An additional decision package exempts the transfer in 2025 as well. The transfer will resume in 2026 and beyond. |
