Description

Directs the Commissioner, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Director, Department of Planning and Budget to restore commodity fee revenues that were transferred to the general fund in fiscal year 2014. A companion amendment to ยง 3-1.01 of House Bill 1400/Senate Bill 800 eliminates the proposed transfer for fiscal years 2015 and 2016. This is a language-only amendment. |
