Pursuant to Item C-72 of Chapter 552, 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, bond proceeds were authorized in fiscal year 2021 to finance a project at the Portsmouth Marine Terminal (PMT) of the Virginia Port Authority consisting of the expansion, renovation, and improvement of infrastructure to support the location of a turbine and turbine generator manufacturing company at PMT, approved by the MEI Commission. |
