Operating Budget Addenda (in order of greatest impact)
Amends Appropriation Act language to authorize the use of water quality funding toward municipal separate storm sewer system localities. The paragraph is in Item 374 under the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
This amendment requires the Commonwealth to rejoin the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) and directs the appropriate agencies to take the necessary actions to rejoin RGGI.
