Report Help

MC1.61 displays agency budget requests including Base Budget, Base Budget Adjustments, Technical Adjustments and Decision Packages. The information can be displayed in several different formats.

Output Options

Formatted - Displays latest agency requested amounts and narrative fields. Several different levels of totals can also optionally be included.

Summary Report - Displays budget requests with one line per request along with most other relevent fields and summarized numbers.

Dollar Details - Displays all rows from the "Total Services" grid for every budget item selected.

Position Details - Displays all rows from the "Position Planning" grid for every budget item selected.
